Window Surround

These surrounds do just that, they surround a window opening, to give presence and profile. Dramatic in scale, they can be used as the carpenter intended, or to frame any number of built-ins within the home. For the viewers with curious eyes, one may notice the cutout holes on either bottom end of the moulding. These holes were originally fitted with hand cranks that would allow the user to open and close the exterior shutters from the inside.
